Normally speaking,if you can push start engine,you also remote start engine.

The only difference is that you must connect handbrake wire if you want to get remote start function!

As for auto transmission car,connect our orange handbrake wire to car metal body,as for manual transmission car,connect our orange handbrake wire to car handbrake switch.

your hanbrake wire connection is wrong or you forget to connect handbrake wire if you could not get remote start function!!!!

but you will ask us how do i know if my handbrake is connected correctly?

now we will tell you how to test handbrake wire:

the first stage:

1. Find one multimeter and adjust its parameter value to 20V scale;

2. Power on our car alarm(only connect red 12V and black ground wire);

3. Multimeter red pen to our handbrake orange wire,Multimeter black pen to negative power,Multimeter will display 5-6V voltage value?

4.If you can get 5-6V voltage value from our orange wire,it means that our handbrake wire is good status.

the second stage:

5.If our handbrake orange wire is good status,now you use our orange handbrake wire to touch negative power,multimeter will display 0V,it means that handbrake wire connection is correct.

6.At this time,you hold the third button of smart key remote,you should remote start engine when voltage is 0V.

7.lastly you follow above same method to test your handbrake wire connection if you have installed our system to your car.if your handbrake wire connection is right,voltage will be 0V,you should remote start engine as same to above simulation operation.
